up for auction is a custom made set of axle brakes (wheel brake) for the 2.5 ton rockwell. this is a 1 of a kind set up for a few reasons.(1) its the only kit for a rockwell with fliped in hubs!!! (2) its the best looking kit out there. (3) it is the lightest wheel brake kit avl…(4) its the largest kit on the market ! (rotor measures 17 1/2 inches) and (5) its the most affordable !!!!! this kit was designed for off road use only. the rotor is a drilled wave style rotor thats a solid 1/2 thick and a massive 17 .1/2 inch od…kit comes with a 1/2 inch thick caliper bracket that mounts 1 or 2 wilwood 4 piston calipers and also beefs up your top king pin plate.( wilwood calipers are not included in this kit! you can either use yours or order new and use either 1 or 2 per side)..kit comes with all grade 8 hardwear and most importantly, its a bolt on kit with only a tiny amount of work needed ! ( you only need to drill 2 3/8 holes,and grind a small amount on each upper spindle to clear the rotor bolts!) the rest just bolts on..and best of all it is very light as far as front brake kits go..by almost half !!!!!! .you can get the wheel plate bracket (black in pic) and caliper bracket powdercoated in red,lime green,blue,black,orange,yellow,pink or silver. you need to use a 20 inch or larger wheel to clear this massive rotor….this auction is for a dual caliper kit. you get….powdercoated brackets,powdercoated wheel plates,rotors,and all grade 8 hardware,….this is a front steer axle kit.
